All returns must be accompanied with original receipt.
Non-Defective Merchandise Returns: AFTER Sympathy Boxes can be returned within thirty (30) days from date of purchase for store credit only. Items must be approved, unused and in original packaging to receive full credit. Returns being shipped must be approved by customer service prior to being sent. Credit for shipping charges will not be issued. We are committed to processing refunds timely. You will receive notice of your refund within 24-hours of your return arriving to our warehouse. Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to be reflected in your account. We are a responsive team committed to customer service. Email us at email@example.com and we will answer your questions.
If you place an order and cancel within 24 hours of order placement, a full refund will be issued back to the payment method used.
We take every precautionary step to ensure your AFTER Sympathy Box arrives as quickly and safely as possible, however, accidents can happen in transit. If this has happened, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
- Photos of the destroyed AFTER Sympathy Box.
- Order number and we’ll send a replacement ASAP.
Restrictions: The AFTER Company is not responsible for any direct/indirect consequences or damages caused by the user and or purchaser.
