AFTER | “Welcome to the Group” Sympathy Card

Each AFTER Sympathy Box includes AFTER’s “With Sympathy,” greeting card with your personalized message, handwritten by an AFTER team member.  Due to many requests, we have added additional greeting card options for you to choose from.  You can send with your Sympathy Box or send independently. At checkout, you will have the option to add the message you would like us to hand-write in your card!
